Lincoln Meadows Care Center in Lincoln, CA is seeking an Activities Director to lead our Activity Department in a skilled nursing facility. You will plan, implement, and evaluate a resident-centered activities program that supports the physical, mental, emotional, social, and psychosocial well-being of our residents.

You will design monthly calendars, coordinate with nursing, therapy, dietary and social services teams, document participation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Activity Director certification.
• Ability to read and understand policies, procedures, and technical information.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive resident-centered activities program.
• Develop monthly activity calendars with group activities, outings, events, and in-room activities.
• Design activities based on residents’ interests, abilities, and needs; document assessments and progress.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, crafts, reading, games, and social activities.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, social services and other departments to support resident-centered care.
