Rutgers University is seeking a Seminar Facilitator to support online and in-person UCC seminars for the NJ Department of Community Affairs. The role reports to the Center for Government Services and the Senior Program Coordinator, with responsibilities across coordinating sessions, handling attendance, and assisting with materials.

The position is part-time, nonexempt, up to 19.5 hours weekly, with a potential hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $16–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus up to 4 years of clerical experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be reliable and able to present before large audiences.

Responsabilités

• Online seminars: share login info, open sessions, communicate policies, troubleshoot issues, answer licensing questions, monitor attendance and chat, mute attendees as needed.
• In-person seminars: arrive early, set up rooms and AV, distribute handouts, conduct check-in, collect payments and evaluations, answer licensing questions, report back with forms.
