URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a genuine, personalized shopping experience while driving store sales. You will engage customers, share product suggestions, and assist guests with finding sizes and colors.

You will work with a collaborative team, contribute to positive store morale, support inventory and omni-channel fulfillment, and uphold Anthropologie visual standards to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
