Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service
• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them through the dining experience
• Describe menu items and make recommendations to guests
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests
• Master the menu to enhance guest conversation
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to leave guests satisfied
• Present bills promptly and accurately
