Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience with special events, working with the general public, managing public facilities, or any appropriate combination of related work experience.
• General knowledge of recreation and parks activities, programs, classes, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of recreational activities including athletics, events, early childhood, and other program areas.
• Assist with participant supervision; enforce rules; provide instruction and high-quality customer service to patrons.
