Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing; process program registrations.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and facilities; report maintenance needs and ensure safe operation.
• Manage cash handling tasks including fees, memberships, and registrations.
• Enforce policies and respond to emergencies as needed.
