Responsibilities

• Create an inviting, learning environment aligned with the Curriculum and local documents.
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans reflecting student needs and goals.
• Assess student progress with anecdotal records and curriculum benchmarks.
• Coordinate with teacher assistant, parents, and volunteers in daily activities and events.
• Communicate with parents through conferences, home visits, journals, and calls.
• Collaborate with community agencies to support students.
