Job summary

St. Anne School seeks a part-time After School Care Program Aide to supervise students in Pre-K through 4th grade (ages 4–10). Schedule Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 3–5 pm and Wed 2–5 pm during the 180-day school year. Responsibilities include safe transitions, activity support, and homework help. A background check is required and First Aid/CPR is preferred.

Ideal candidates show patience, positive energy, and strong teamwork to foster an inclusive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with children is desirable.
• Strong communication and patience when interacting with kids, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with arrival and dismissal of students.
• Support planning, setup and cleanup of activities.
• Encourage positive behavior and safe, inclusive atmosphere.
• Handle emergencies or incidents per policy and report injuries.
• Provide homework help and general academic support.
