Responsibilities

• Adapts instructional materials to address individualized learning plans within lesson plans.
• Administers assessments to gauge student progress and inform instruction.
• Communicates progress and expectations to students, parents, and administration.
• Collaborates with staff and families to improve student outcomes and support the school improvement plan.
• Manages student behavior to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Prepares written progress records (grades, attendance, anecdotes) to document student progress.
