Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's degree preferred.
• Valid Virginia teaching provisional/collegiate/postgraduate license with ESL endorsement or eligible to obtain upon hiring.
• Experience teaching ESL PreK-12 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adapt instruction to meet individualized learning plans within established lessons.
• Administer developmental assessments and plan learning goals.
• Communicate student progress with parents and administration; provide feedback.
