Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents and to support the Life Enrichment team. You will help create meaningful experiences, from calendar development to on-site execution, with attention to resident preferences and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, budgeting for activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver holistic wellness and vibrant enrichment programs.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills.
• Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities including calendar development, budgeting, coordination with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care, specific activity).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to/from outside events, driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
