SEK-CAP, Inc. seeks a Teacher Aide to support high-quality early childhood education for infants and toddlers.

You will help create a safe, engaging environment, implement curriculum, model expectations, and support social-emotional development through routines and play. Responsibilities include supervising children, assisting in meals and transitions, documenting observations, and collaborating with families and co-workers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or in progress in ECE.
• Infant/Toddler CDA credential or KDHE eligibility preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children to support language development and growth.
• Supervise children actively across indoor/outdoor spaces.
• Assist with meals and transitions, following safety procedures.
• Support curriculum implementation and social-emotional strategies.
• Document observations in the data system and maintain records.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and volunteers to foster learning.
