Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar area and maintain bar setup daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Prepare drinks following standard recipes with proper portions.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns to resolve issues and leave guests satisfied.
• Present bills accurately and promptly.
• Stock and replenish beer, wine, and spirits; manage garnishes and perishables.
