Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Bartender at Rand Tower Hotel, delivering memorable hospitality and engaging conversations with guests. You will guide guests on their beverage journey, ensure accurate orders, and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and excellent communication skills to create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the bar area and guide their beverage journey.
• Maintain bar setup and daily stock to ensure smooth service.
• Accurately take and confirm orders, including special requests.
• Be the master of the bar, mastering recipes and portion control.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver cohesive service.
• Assist guests with concerns and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction.
• Present bills promptly and accurately at the end of the experience.
• Stock and replenish beer, wine, spirits, and perishables; handle cash and POS transactions.
