Job summary

Fish City Grill in Edmond, OK is seeking a bartender to provide outstanding hospitality and craveable drinks in a lively setting. You will manage the bar, take Go-To orders via POS, and ensure orders are delivered hot and on time while maintaining a clean, stocked bar station.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of bartending experience, strong beer/wine/liquor knowledge, and solid communication skills to engage customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ bartending experience in Food & Beverage.
• Must be at least the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Able to free-pour to recipe and specification; knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality and service to Customers.
• Manage the bar during each shift as if it were your own business.
• Place accurate orders using the POS and deliver drinks promptly.
• Run drinks to servers’ tables and assist Hosts when needed.
• Stock glassware, ice, garnishes, etc., and maintain a clean bar area.
• Adhere to responsible beverage service requirements and age verification.
