Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Barista for The Bradley in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include following recipes, handling cash, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment is well maintained. The role requires good communication and the ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of all types of coffee beverages.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.

Responsibilities

• Produce and serve beverages and food items that follow recipes and/or product specifications to the expectation of guests.
• Record all sales, follow all cash handling procedures and process guest payments according to established procedures.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Always provides the highest quality of service to guests.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
