Peregrine Senior Living at Salisbury, located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Activities Assistant for a part-time role within our community. You will collaborate with the Director of Activities to deliver engaging resident programs that meet individual needs and interests, while fostering teamwork and a compassionate, honest approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with adult recreation.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community.
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Has the ability to foster teamwork with coworkers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on coworkers, residents, and visitors.
