Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related preferred.
• CPR/First-aid training may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to engage clients, residents, or patients.
• Coordinate logistics for events including scheduling, advertising, budgeting, and volunteer training.
• Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring safety policies are followed and events run on time and within budget.
• Observe participants to gauge enjoyment and collect feedback for improvement.
• Maintain records on event resources, participant interest, and incidents.
