Experience in social or recreational programs is preferred, with a background in music, art, drama, or dance therapy valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in a social or recreational program in a licensed health care setting preferred.
• Background in music, art, drama, and dance therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing a varied activity program.
• Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary.
• Interview residents or family members to obtain activity information.
• Encourage residents to participate in hobbies and crafts.
