Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in activities coordination or elder care is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Lead and facilitate group activities (games, arts, music, exercise).
• Engage residents individually to encourage participation and well-being.
• Document attendance and participation according to facility policies.
• Set up activity spaces and clean up after events.
• Support special events and coordinate with staff and volunteers.
