Job description

We\'re looking for an Engagement Specialist to own the ongoing maintenance, growth, and strategic direction of our Engagement process and data. "Engagements" — the community activities members are matched to and attend — are core to SocialRx\'s value, and this role is vital to growing our engagement supply and improving how reliably, efficiently, and at what quality we can bring new engagements online.

About SocialRx Inc

SocialRx is America\'s leader in healthcare-grade social prescribing — connecting members to community-based engagements that improve mental and physical health outcomes. We partner with health plans, providers, and community organizations to build a scalable, data-driven approach to social care.

Description
What You\'ll Do

Engagement Process Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end health of the Engagement process: sourcing and onboarding new engagements, maintaining data accuracy for existing ones, and retiring or flagging engagements that no longer meet quality bar.
  • Set the strategic direction for how engagement supply should grow — which categories, geographies, or partner types need investment — in partnership with Community Partners.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual steps in the engagement lifecycle (e.g., general admission automation, structured data collection in ConnectRx, automated data crawling/validation), partnering with Engineering and Product to scope and build solutions.
  • Define and monitor the operational and data-quality metrics that indicate engagement supply health (coverage, freshness, completeness, error rates) and use them to prioritize your own roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Community Partners on engagement data, requirements, and process changes.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate operational pain points into product requirements, and represent the engagement/supply perspective in roadmap discussions.
  • Work with Community Partners and Client Success to understand how engagement supply gaps or data quality issues are showing up for clients and members, and feed that back into prioritization.
  • Communicate complex engagement-process or data problems clearly to a range of audiences — from technical partners in Engineering to non-technical partners in Community Partners or Client Success — tailoring the explanation to what each audience needs to act on it.

Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Use moderate-level data analysis (querying, spreadsheet/BI-tool analysis, trend spotting) to monitor engagement data quality and supply performance, and to make the case for process or product changes.
  • Regularly report out on engagement supply health, automation progress, and key risks, with recommendations for what to prioritize next.
  • Continuously look for the next highest-leverage manual process to eliminate or automate, rather than treating the current state as the finish line.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in an operations, program management, or business/data analyst role with a strong technical or process-automation bent.
  • Moderate/Proficient data analytic knowledge — comfortable working in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools (Looker or similar) to understand trends and support decisions, without necessarily being a full-time analyst.
  • A demonstrated bias toward automating repeatable work rather than accepting manual process as permanent.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate the same underlying problem differently depending on the audience (technical vs. non-technical, internal vs. partner-facing).
  • Comfort owning ambiguous, evolving processes and bringing structure and strategic direction to them.
  • Experience working with external partners or vendors (Community Partners, clients, or similar) in an operational capacity.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, or similar internal platforms.
  • Familiarity with social prescribing, community health, or healthcare-adjacent operations.
  • Experience scoping automation or tooling requirements for an Engineering team.
  • Experience with data crawling, structured data collection, or data pipeline concepts.
Who You\'ll Work With
  • This role reports to the Head of Community Partners, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Product. You\'ll partner closely and work regularly with Community Partners, Product, Engineering, Care, and Client Success.
