Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center, is seeking an Engagement Staff member for the Rosati Place off-site location. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to assist in daily client care and program goals, with weekend shifts 4:00 p.m.
– 12:00 a.m. at 19 hours per week and starting pay of $18 per hour. Responsibilities include maintaining rapport with clients, documenting activities, assisting with treatment goals, and distributing medications.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the engagement staff position. The Engagement Staff member will assist in implementing the daily care of all clients/residents in compliance with treatment and program goals, direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner and perform clinical duties as assigned. This position will work no more than 19 hours per week and is ineligible for benefits. This position will work Saturday and Sunday: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Starting Compensation is $18 per hour.

Pre-Employment Screening
