We are looking for a professional, customer service-oriented individual to join our Aitkin team as an Engagement Specialist (Teller). This position is responsible for executing financial transactions for our members, including opening foundational accounts in a timely and accurate manner to promote and maintain positive member relationships. The ability to effectively build relationships with prospective and existing members is of the utmost importance as each person’s financial journey is different. A successful day for an Engagement Specialist includes educating our members on credit union products and services while consistently providing an exceptional member experience.
