Job Description:

• Position: Engagement Specialist

Reporting Relationships:

• Reports to the Director of Engagement

Key Accountabilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of all Employer programs and services during phone calls
• Provide timely and professional follow-up to client inquiries
• Manage individual expectations by clearly communicating next steps and timing
• Meet or exceed established engagement metrics
• Adhere to established outreach protocols
• Accurately document engagement efforts in ORBIT
• Respond efficiently to calls, emails, and SMS
• Engage in active listening with callers and diffuse angry clients as needed
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or sales experience
• Professional and articulate communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
• Availability to work a set Monday-Friday schedule
• Home office with a noise and distraction-free environment
• Computer, USB headset, and internet with a wired Ethernet connection to PC/laptop
