Job summary

Cengage is seeking a Marketing Manager for Engagement to drive customer adoption, success, and retention across its Specialized Learning Solutions portfolio including Gale, Visible Body, and Spark. Qualifications

5+ years experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or engagement marketing.
Demonstrated experience developing customer communications across email, web, social media, and digital channels.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex product information into customer-friendly messaging.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement marketing for customer outreach within Specialized Learning Solutions (Gale, Visible Body, Spark).
Coordinate onboarding, education, and usage communications across the product lifecycle.
Own Gale monthly customer newsletter and social media strategy.
Coordinate product launch communications and migrations to ensure consistency.
Measure engagement and optimize campaigns across channels.
