Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our Commercial Analytics team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-impact analytics engagements, serve as a key client contact, and guide teams in solving complex commercial business challenges across the product lifecycle.
Engagement Managers are responsible for end-to-end project execution, including translating client needs into analytical approaches, overseeing deliverable development, and ensuring high-quality insights and recommendations. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable solutions across areas such as field team strategy, incentive compensation, and brand performance analytics.
This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple engagements, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Trinity's Commercial Analytics capabilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred. Degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business-related field preferred

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $136,000 - $204,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
