Qualifications

• Professional working experience with exposure to commercial and operational due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Experience across or within industries within Private Equity.
• Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
• Take initiative and learn new skills proactively.
• Creativity to solve complex client problems.
• Aptitude for analytical work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support private equity engagements focused on aerospace & defense in North America.
• Contribute to due diligence and value-creation efforts for deals.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to inform client recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and oral formats to clients.
