Job summary

OPEN Health’s Acsel Health division seeks an Engagement Manager to partner with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, solving complex business challenges and bringing innovative therapies to market. You will lead multiple client engagements, balance client leadership with hands-on delivery, contribute to business development, and mentor junior team members across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MS/PharmD/PhD/MD) preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare strategy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements independently with input from project lead, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Own the analytical structure and client alignment to support strategic recommendations.
• Develop perspectives and validate insights throughout engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
