Job summary

Prescient Healthcare Group is seeking an Engagement Manager for our Competitive Strategy practice in California. You will lead day-to-day management of small to mid-size engagements, coach Analysts and Consultants, and act as a trusted client advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You will develop strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and apply deep therapeutic area knowledge to deliver actionable insights and high-quality outcomes for global biopharma clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in biopharma client services and consulting is required; CI experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to structure workstreams and guide junior team members.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas, clinical development and competitive landscape.
• Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills.
• BA/BS required; advanced life science degree preferred.
