Job summary

Aventiqo in Wayne, PA seeks an Engagement Manager to lead client transition initiatives around next-generation data assets. You will serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and guiding change management to drive adoption of data assets and services.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant delivery management, client consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, project management, change management, or related experience.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex client needs, processes, and data concepts.
• Experience interacting with complex Large Pharma, Midsize Pharma, or Emerging Biopharma accounts across multiple stakeholders.
