Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Seattle is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead large client programs and ensure superb service delivery.

You will meet with client executives and program managers to align priorities, manage escalations, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll own the engagement P&L, establish governance, and collaborate across service lines to present new offerings. A strategic partnership with clients is the goal.

• Set up the initial account governance framework, stabilizing the relationship and building trust.
• Coordinate with various service lines and business units to deliver the scope of work and present new offerings.
• Work with the Client Partner for pursuing business opportunities and position TCS as the strategic partner.

• Will need to set up the initial account governance framework , stabilizing the relationship and build the customer trust and confidence.
• Will be responsible to work with various service lines and business units to deliver the scope of work and present new offerings to customer based on their business priorities.
• Will be required to work with the Client Partner for pursuing business opportunities and position TCS as the strategic partner.

Salary Range

$140,000-$175,000 a year
