Job summary

Konrad in New York is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements and programs, guiding cross-functional teams with strategy, customer experience design, AI, and technology. You will mentor team members and drive end-to-end delivery from early brainstorming to technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading large teams, managing budgets and timelines, and building strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of client services experience.
• Understanding of complex management, strategy, business, and finance processes.
• Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication with strong presentation ability.
• Proven history of leading multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence and build cohesiveness.
• A deep understanding of design, project management processes, and technology.
• Strong track record of client services and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Lead on key projects and programs.
• Lead engagement and program processes: budget, scope, timelines, resourcing, implementation, risk management.
• Manage cross-functional team members to meet project vision.
• Primary client contact, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and problem-solving.
• Lead design thinking workshops with clients.
• Interpret client challenges and work with design/tech teams to deliver user experiences.
• Be a thought leader on AI trends and mentor global team members.
