Konrad, a next generation digital consultancy, seeks an Associate Consultant to collaborate across Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams while supporting senior members and building experience.

You will help solve complex business problems by delivering human-centered digital solutions and exploring AI opportunities. The role values clear writing, curiosity, and teamwork in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, UX and/or software development is an asset.
• Demonstrated passion for great user experiences and technology.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technology trends, including AI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
• Ability to work in teams and independently; comfortable presenting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital solutions for diverse clients and industries.
• Grow as a design and technology thought leader across multiple sectors.
• Support senior team members in understanding client challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
• Gather information on client processes, success factors, and market position through interviews and research.
• Coordinate workshops and project planning activities; contribute to proposals and collateral.
