Konrad is a next generation digital consultancy seeking a Consultant for our Management Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients through our Design Thinking process to deliver human-centered experiences, including AI-driven solutions.

The role involves working with Strategy, UX, AI and Technology teams on transformative digital projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in strategy, design, or technology engagements, strong client liaison skills, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in strategy, design, and/or technology engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support senior team members on projects from rapid initiatives to large digital transformations.
Help create digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
Lead and participate in user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
Interpret client business challenges and collaborate with design and tech teams.
Gather information on business processes and critical success factors.
Structure presentations, RFP responses, and other collateral.
Stay ahead on AI and emerging technology trends.
