Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes from multiple industries.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication with strong problem-solving.
• Proven history of leading multiple large and complex programs simultaneously.
• Experience mentoring and growing other team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement processes: strategy, scope, timelines, resourcing, and risk management.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet project and program vision.
• Be the day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and resolving issues independently.
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Strategize and create software solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
• Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients.
• Understand client challenges and guide design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
• Be a thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends.
• Mentor other team members.
