Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engagement Lead, Incident Response Partner Services (Remote) to guide partner-facing incident response engagements in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment. You will align scope, objectives, and delivery with client needs and senior stakeholders.

This role blends project leadership, technical coordination, and executive-level communication. Remote US-based candidates will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with incident response groups, and help ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in incident response or information security.
• Proven team leadership in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication skills for high-pressure situations.
• Experience managing relationships with incident response teams.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Familiarity with current vulnerabilities and breaches.

For our client, we are seeking a Engagement Lead, Incident Response Partner Services (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide partner-facing incident response engagements and help ensure investigations stay aligned to scope, objectives, and delivery expectations. The position blends project leadership, technical coordination, and executive-level communication in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment. You will work closely with incident response teams and internal stakeholders to keep workstreams on track, maintain quality, and support strong outcomes for clients facing high-pressure security events. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $140,000 – $195,000 annually.
