Job summary

The Groove seeks an Engagement Manager for its Eightfold practice in the United States. You will lead client engagements from initiation to deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality align with client objectives.

You will partner with Eightfold consultants, Workday and data teams, and client stakeholders to govern projects, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, professional services, or enterprise tech implementation.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Experience leading cross-functional client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Eightfold implementation and engagements from initiation to deployment.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and build trusted relationships.
• Own overall project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance materials, RAID logs, and budgets.
• Facilitate kickoff, status meetings, and steering committee discussions.
• Coordinate with Eightfold, Workday, data, reporting, and other teams.
• Identify changes early and manage change requests with leadership and clients.
• Monitor engagement financials and overall delivery health.
• Communicate status, decisions, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
