Job summary

You will oversee budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution, while serving as the primary point of contact for event communications and stakeholder coordination to ensure a professional, brand-aligned experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of event and program coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute events from planning to completion (meetings, retreats, community events, leadership engagements).
• Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, audiovisual needs, and materials; oversee registration and on-site execution.
• Engage stakeholders; define goals with internal leaders and ensure effective communication.
• Support communications through invitations, materials, and promotional content; ensure branding consistency.
• Track budgets and outcomes; process expenses and deliver post-event summaries.
