Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking an Engagement Director at the Preston Hollow community in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on delivering engaging activities that enrich residents' lives and foster a vibrant community.

You will lead event planning, partner with volunteers, and supervise staff to ensure a high-quality resident experience. This full-time exempt position emphasizes creativity, communication, and compassionate service to seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in engagement or activities programming for senior adults.
• Strong communication and group/public speaking skills.
• Ability to build relationships with volunteers and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement programs that promote a vibrant lifestyle for residents and staff.
• Lead planning for events and large community gatherings, including Memory Care coordination.
• Coordinate outings and partnerships to enhance resident engagement.
• Develop relationships with volunteer programs and community groups to support engagement initiatives.
• Supervise Engagement Coordinator(s) and Transportation staff, and coordinate with Wellness team.
