Job summary

Vitality Living Spring Hill is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support our Spring Hill community. You will plan and promote activities that enhance residents' quality of life and coordinate outings with local partners to create meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities include safely transporting residents, facilitating engaging programs, and tailoring activities to individual preferences, reported in the resident life journal, while collaborating with leadership to deliver a vibrant,

Qualifications

• Ability to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming to meet the needs of residents, family, and team members
• Effectively communicate with and engage individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia in a manner that promotes their success and quality of life
• Must have a valid driver's license
