The Arbor Company is seeking an Activities Assistant in New Jersey to create and implement engaging programs that enrich residents’ lives and support their health and spirit through our six‑dimensional engagement approach.

You will collaborate with a caring team to connect deeply with residents and families, using creativity to deliver meaningful activities. This role emphasizes growth opportunities and a supportive work environment within our assisted living community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
