Job summary

ISPOR, the global leader in health economics and outcomes research, seeks a Manager, Engagement & Awards to lead awards programs, travel grants, and governance of ISPOR Awards Council. The role will coordinate nominations, judging, promotions, and ceremonies with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and communications, partner with Executive Office, Marketing, Events, and Member Engagement, and help showcase ISPOR's impact through awards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, health policy, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience.
  • Experience in a nonprofit membership/association or related organization.
  • Experience with Awards programs and Member Groups preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cultural awareness, able to handle diverse situations diplomatically.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the ISPOR Awards Council and committees in managing annual awards programs.
  • Design and deliver timelines for nominations, submissions, judging, promotion, and ceremonies.
  • Oversee the Travel Grant Program, managing direction, timelines, and visibility.
  • Catalogue the global impact of ISPOR Awards activities in line with the Strategic Plan 2030.
  • Lead engagement efforts related to communities and volunteer management.
  • Assist in developing business plans and budgets; manage projects within approved budgets.
  • Provide onsite meeting support as needed.
