Your role

Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Do you have experience managing calendars and coordinating events? If yes, we are looking for someone like you to lead the coordination efforts for our employee engagement and training initiatives across our business.

You will:

  1. organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs
  2. own and organize a centralized calendar for the Wealth Advice Center
  3. coordinate internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, intranet updates, and employee surveys
  4. schedule and manage training sessions, including logistics, external vendors, participant registration, and room bookings
  5. manage asset manager relationships and organize events in partnership with WAC leadership team
  6. assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs
  7. support initiatives to enhance the employee experience
  8. provide administrative support to the talent and development team, which may include organizing recruiting events, scheduling interviews, and messaging potential candidates

The UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) is a team of wealth management professionals dedicated to providing financial solutions and quality advice and guidance to emerging affluent clients.

Your expertise

You have:

  1. a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  2. excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  3. exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

You are:
  1. proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  2. adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining drive and focus
  3. capable of managing projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
  4. highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  5. a natural problem solver who collaborates seamlessly with individuals and teams
  6. demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed
