Your role

  1. be a leader in promoting our wealth management business and attracting top talent
  2. collaborate across different lines of business within and outside of the Wealth Advice Center to manage hiring needs and fill talent gaps
  3. be responsible for proactively attracting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for jobs within our organization
  4. provide input into overall hiring plan and strategy of the organization to ensure our teams are properly staffed
  5. partner with our GWM Recruiting team to deploy tools and resources that enable our team to operate efficiently and, in a candidate and client-focused way; ensure recruiting pipeline and ad-hoc initiatives are optimally managed on a regular basis
  6. create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position within our business
  7. partner with marketing to build out campaigns, content, internal and external facing websites to promote our talent and programs
  8. promote open jobs through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Your team

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered digital client experience. The UBS Wealth Advice Center currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served remotely (phone) by a team of more than 350 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates—who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals. Our program, together with the vast resources available to you at UBS, is designed to enable you to build a meaningful and long-lasting career in wealth management.

Your expertise

  1. the ability to commute to the Weehawken, NJ office 5-days a week
  2. experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader, or similar
  3. work experience in financial services required
  4. familiar with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  5. knowledgeable and organized to track and maintain applicant status
  6. LinkedIn expertise to proactively attract candidates
  7. proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
