The Village of Lebanon is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to engage residents in daily activities and keep them active. You will assist with programs, lead group activities, and provide one-on-one engagement to enhance residents' daily lives.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and reliable.
• Comfortable working with elderly residents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in activity or healthcare is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activity programs for residents.
• Lead and support group activities (games, crafts, music, etc.).
• Provide one-on-one engagement with residents.
• Help transport residents to and from activities.
• Set up and clean up activity areas.
• Encourage participation and create a positive environment.
