The Village of Lebanon is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to engage residents in daily activities and keep them active. You will assist with programs, lead group activities, and provide one-on-one engagement to enhance residents' daily lives.

We value friendly, patient, and reliable team members with good communication and teamwork. No prior activity or healthcare experience is required, and you will have opportunities to learn and grow within our facility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and reliable.
• Comfortable working with elderly residents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in activity or healthcare is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and jump in where needed.

What You'll Do
