Blessings For You Childcare Center is seeking a Young Toddler Teacher to support children aged 16 months to 2 years in a nurturing, play-based learning environment.

You will maintain a safe routine with a 1:5 caregiver-to-child ratio, guide development, and collaborate with families to support each child's growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and child development.
• Experience with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Ability to use positive guidance techniques.
• Strong parent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning activities.
• Supervise and provide responsive care for toddlers ages 16 months to 2 years.
• Manage daily routines and maintain a safe, organized classroom environment.
• Apply positive guidance and effective classroom management strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s experiences and progress.
• Track developmental growth and share relevant observations.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain appropriate supervision.
• Collaborate with classroom team members to support consistent care and learning.
