Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serves in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Delivers the lesson plan left by the classroom teacher.
• Instructs students at designated times and locations.
• Maintains classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Prepares for classes and shows evidence of preparation.
• Encourages high standards of classroom behavior.
• Protects students and property; follows policies.
