Responsibilities

Collaborate with content team (PLC) and grade level interdisciplinary team.
Teach the Arkansas Standards associated with Grade 6, Grade 7 and/or Grade 8.
Implement a variety of effective, research-based instructional strategies to engage learners with the standards.
Monitor and assess student progress frequently using formative and summative assessments; provide feedback.
Analyze data to adjust instruction and support student needs.
Adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners and reteach when needed.
Implement district initiatives effectively.
Maintain consistent and timely parent communication using appropriate structures.
Meet or exceed professional responsibilities and professional behavior expectations.
