• Leads assigned Engage Life programs for residents.
• Offers diversified activities with supervision for each activity.
• Develops programs for residents, including room-bound initiatives.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate in activities.
• Greets new residents and helps integrate them into the community.
• Supports planning of parties, events, and seasonal decorations.
